Virtual Capriccio Christmas Party
To end the year properly despite the Corona pandemic, the Capriccio group held a virtual Christmas party. After a joint dinner with home-cooked or ordered delicacies, everyone had to recite a Christmas poem. Afterward, the traditions around the turn of the year in the German as well as in the Chinese culture were discussed in short presentations. We discovered that despite all the differences, many similarities could be found. In particular, the Chinese New Year wishes “luck in all seasons, valuables from all directions, and harmony in the family” fit well here in Germany, too.
In a short annual review, the highlights of the past year were once again highlighted, which included, in particular, the “pre-Corona” research stay in India and the Capriccio Mini Retreat.
